The "Nouveau Salon des Cent" portfolio
consists of a 100 posters created by 100 of the best graphic designers
of our time, from 24 different countries including China, Japan,
Mexico, Brazil, Zimbabwe, the United-States and most of the European
countries, as a tribute to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, for the Centenary
of his death, 1901-2001. Initiated by the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum
Partners' Club and iIn cooperation with the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum
of Albi. The printing was limited to only 380. The posters have
been exhibited in major museums and galleries around the world.
Michel
Bouvet (1955- ) is one of the dominant figures in the field
of graphic design in France. He is perceived as the most 'poster-driven'
of all French poster designers and is simultaneously one of the
most active and versatile representatives of this community. For
him, the poster has become a universal medium that allows him to
react dynamically to reality in its cultural, social and political
spheres.
Stephanie Couderc (1977- ) in Reunion Island (France).
Graduated from ESAG/Penninghen, Paris. Has participated in the international
biennals of Warsaw (Poland) and Mexico (Mexico) 2000. Professor
at ESAG/Penninghen since 1999. Has organised the exhibitions: Graphic
Designers around the world', Mois du qraphisme d'Echirolles (France),
