ARNE JACOBSEN 3 LEG ANT CHAIRS - SET OF 6

The Ant chair is a classic of Danish modern chair design. It was designed in 1952 by Arne Jacobsen. The chair was designed to be light, stable, easy to stack up, and to minimize tangling the user's feet. Produced by Fritz Hansen, marked on underside.

Form-moulded, laminated wood veneer with a tubular steel frame, this is an early black painted version. These examples are about 1950s / 1960s. Measurements: 18"w x 20"d x 30"h.

Very good vintage condition, showing normal signs of age and use.
