ROTAFLEX TABLE LAMP | Heifetz

Rare table lamp produced by Rotaflex | Heifetz, c. 1950s. Heifetz Lamp Mfg. in the US imported ceiling, table and floor lamps designed by ARP (collaboration between Pierre Guariche, Michel Mortier and Joseph-André Motte named Atelier de Recherches Plastiques) in Europe.

Metal base on a brass stem with a shade made of a cellulose acetate material. The fine ribbed design is elegant and when illuminated gives off a warm inviting glow. The two colored shade has 1/8" wide concentric circle-ribbing, running completely around the contour.

Very Good+ condition, with one small horizontal crack at top where collar joins shade. Measurements: 7" in diameter x 22"h.
